Brigsley Parish Council


The Village of Brigsley sits in the Waltham ward in North East Lincolnshire.

Brigsley is a village and civil parish in North East Lincolnshire, England, and on the B1203 road, 1 mile south from Waltham. According to the 2001 Census its population was 370, reducing to 355 at the 2011 Census.

The village has a Parish Council which is elected by and answers to the local community. The village comprises around 138 households in a rural setting.

St Helens Church is the local church.

Brigsley Ice-cream Shop, Halliday Garage, Pettigrew Builders, Prospect Farm and Dixon Plumbing are the local businesses in and near the village along with a number of farms.

Brigsley Council is active in activities for the local community. The village has a flag pole which we use to mark significant or special occasions. A number of noticeboards can keep residents up to date on village news.
